摘要:
从“毛脉合精”之我见、毛脉与肠黏膜屏障生理联系、基于“毛脉失和”探究溃疡性结肠炎（ulcerative colitis，UC）病因病机、通法治疗UC的理论依据及临床应用四方面入手，探讨基于“毛脉合精”理论的“通法”在UC中的应用，指出一切具有升降出入功能的结构均归属于“毛脉”范畴。若“毛脉合精”，可见肠道传导通利、津液得化、脏腑得养；若“毛脉失养”则见肠道脂膜血络受伤，传导失司，而致下利赤白脓血、里急后重。基于“络以通为用”观点，以《素问·经脉别论篇》中“毛脉合精”为切入点，结合玄府学说，应用“通法”治疗UC，使气血生，营卫和，肠络安，病自去。
Abstract:
The application of "unblocking" in ulcerative colitis (UC) based on the theory of "integration of essence from the skin-hair and the vessels" is discussed from my opinion about "integration of essence from the skin-hair and the vessels", physiological connection between the skin-hair and the vessels, and the intestinal mucosal barrier, the cause and the pathogenesis of UC explored on the foundation of "integration of essence from the skin-hair and the vessels", theoretical reference and clinical application of unblocking in the treatment of UC, and all the structures which could ascend, descend, come out and in, belong to the skin-hair and the vessels. I f the essence from the skin-hair and the vessels could be integrated, the patients would manifest unimpeded bowel movement, fluid transformation and nourishment of Zang-fu organs; if the essence from the skin-hair and the vessels couldn't be integrated, the patients would manifest the damage to blood collateral of intestinal lipid membrane, irregular bowel movement, inducing dysentery, purulent and bloody feces, tenesmus. On the founda-tion of the idea of "clearing collaterals to make it work", the treatment adopts " the integration of essence from the skin-hair and the vessels(Qi and blood compatibility)" from Suwen·Jingmai Bielunpian as the penetration point, combined with the theory of sweat pore, the application of "unblocking" in the treatment of UC could produce Qi and blood, harmonize defensive Qi and nutrient Qi, and safeguard the intestinal collateral, conse-quently to cure UC.
