摘要:
目的基于智能颈环式电子胸牌的数据采集和云平台分析,为中医医院对新型冠状病毒感染(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)的防治提供更为智能化的服务。 方法通过物联网将可穿戴设备采集的数据上传至数据服务平台,再根据平台所采集的原始数据,建立体征信息数据库,为患者在院期间提供不间断监护服务,并全流程完整记录患者在院期间所有事件,提取有利于诊断COVID-19的信息。 结果智能颈环式电子胸牌及云平台大数据分析可增加COVID-19疾病辅助诊断方法。 结论智能颈环式电子胸牌的体征数据云平台有助于提高中医医院医护人员工作效率、降低接触感染风险,增加COVID-19医疗监护相关指标,有助于COVID-19的研究及治疗。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo provide more intelligent services for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 in TCM hospital based on data acquisition and cloud platform analysis of intelligent collar type electronic tag. MethodsThe data collected by the wearable devices was uploaded to data service platform via internet of things, information data base of body signs was established according to the raw data collected by the platform, which could document all the events in the whole process when all the patients were in hospital and draw the information that is helpful for the diagnosis of COVID-19. ResultsIntelligent collar type electronic tag and cloud-based big data platform could increase the auxiliary diagnostic methods of COVID-19. ConclusionCloud-based big data platform of body signs for intelligent collar type electronic tag could help to increase the work efficiency of medical staffs in TCM hospitals, and reduce the risk of exposure to infection, and add the monitoring-related indexes for COVID-19, benefiting the study and treatment of COVID-19.
