摘要:: 目的征集并确定《晚期结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》的临床问题，为本指南将要回答的核心内容提供靶标。方法指南工作组通过文献检索和专家访谈相结合的形式征集初步的临床问题，再通过两轮专家访谈广泛征求全国各地的医护专家、药学专家、方法学专家及患者等的意见，确定最终的临床问题。结果通过文献检索与专家访谈后初步拟定临床问题13个。针对这13个临床问题在全国15个省及直辖市的31家医院进行了广泛调研，将重要性得分≥4.0分的临床问题及开放性问卷收集到的有效临床问题纳入第二轮名义小组共识会议中。最终确定6个《晚期结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》亟待回答的临床问题。结论应用专家访谈联合问卷调研法征集到的指南临床问题代表性强、专家意见趋同性好，为后续《晚期结直肠癌中医诊疗指南》的编制提供了依据和工作基础。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo provide the targets for the contents to be answered in the guideline for diagnosis and treatment of advanced colorectal cancer by collecting and determining clinical issues for the guideline. MethodsThe task force on the guideline collected preliminary clinical issues via literature retrieval and expert interview, and broadly consulted the medical expert, pharmacists, methodologist and the patients all over the country through two rounds of Delphi method, consequently confirm the final clinical issues. ResultsAll 13 clinical problems were confirmed primarily via literature retrieval and expert interview. The extensive research was conducted in 15 provinces and municipalities (31 hospitals) on 13 clinical problems, the valid clinical problems with importance scores ≥4.0 and the ones collected by open-ended questionnaire were included in the second round of consensus meeting of the nominal group. Consequently, six clinical problems that urgently need to be addressed in the guidelines were confirmed. ConclusionClinical issues on the guideline collected via expert interview and questionnaire survey, showing good representation and convergence of expert views, could provide the reference and work foundation for the following compiling of the guidelines.
