摘要:: 滕晶教授基于中医五神理论，结合心理学等方法，重构了现代视角下的中医五神理论，从神、魂、魄、意、志五方面对妄想障碍进行病机分析，认为该病主要病机包括神亢、心神不明、神动扰魂、魂亢乱志、魄伤、意乱、志弱及志亢，而五神的亢与弱会导致出现不同妄想障碍症状，并针对疾病从五神角度形成了指导妄想障碍治疗的新思路，达到从心理层面治疗妄想障碍的目的。

Abstract:: Based on TCM five-spirit theory, incorporating psychological and other methods, professor Teng Jing reconstructs five-spirit theory of TCM from a modern perspective, and analyzes the pathogenesis of delusional disorder from Shen (mind), Hun (ethereal soul), Po (corporeal soul), Yi (thought) and Zhi (will), the main pathogenesis of the disease mainly contain hyperactivity of Shen (Mind), mental confusion, Shen (Mind) hyperactivity disturbing the Hun (Ethereal Soul), Hun (Ethereal Soul) hyperactivity disturbing the Zhi (Will), debilitated corporeal soul, troubled thought (Yi), weak will (Zhi) and hyperactive will (Zhi), while the hyperactivity and weakness of five spirits result in various symptoms of delusional disorder, professor Teng has formed a new approach for guiding the treatment of delusional disorder from the perspective of the five spirits, thereby achieving the objective of addressing delusional disorder from a psychological perspective.
