摘要:
从中医外科托法的理论内涵与现代临床实践出发，探讨其与系统生物学整体观、组学研究范式结合的潜力，认为系统生物学为解析托法“扶正托毒”的多成分、多靶点协同作用机理提供了新路径，将有力推动这一特色疗法的现代化阐释与创新发展。
Abstract:
On the foundation of theoretical connotation and modern clinical practice of expelling method in TCM surgery, we discussed the potential of its combination with holism of systems biology, and research paradigm of omics, and we held that systems biology could provide new path for the explanation of multi-component, multi-target synergistic mechanism of "enhancing healthy Qi to expel toxins", which would powerfully promote modern interpretation and innovative development of the special therapy.
