摘要:
缺氧诱导因子1α（hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha，HIF-1α）是介导细胞缺氧应答的关键转录调控因子，参与多种疾病的发生发展，在心肌缺血、脑梗死、肝纤维化、糖尿病肾病（diabetic kidney disease，DKD）等病理过程中发挥重要作用。从HIF-1α信号通路入手，综述其在DKD发生发展及治疗中的研究进展，同时总结以其为靶点的DKD治疗药物（包括单体化合物及中药复方），以期为临床治疗DKD提供新策略。
Abstract:
HIF-1α as the key transcriptional regulatory factor of mediating cellular hypoxia response participates in the occurrence and development of various diseases, is playing an important role in the pathological process of ischemia myocardial, cerebral infarction, hepatic fibrosis and DKD. The paper reviewed the research progress of HIF-1α in the incidence, development and treatment of DKD from the perspective of HIF-1α, meanwhile, summarized HIF-1α-targeted medicine for DKD (including monomeric compounds and traditional Chinese medicine compounds), in order to provide the new strategies for the treatment of DKD.
