摘要:
目的：分析新型冠状病毒肺炎(Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19)(简称新冠肺炎)定点收治医院中临时整合病房的组织与管理现状，并提出应对策略。方法：采用SWOT 态势分析法对新冠肺炎定点收治医院中临时整合病房的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁4个方面进行分析，并制定相应的防控措施。结果：通过实施针对性的防控策略，临时整合病房中的工作人员、患者及陪护均通过相关知识培训和考核新冠肺炎相关知识、口罩佩戴、手卫生、消毒、自我隔离意识知晓率及执行率达到100%；同时筛查人员385人次，发现有呼吸道症状7人，发热4人，经进一步排查未发现新冠肺炎感染及疑似病例。结论：SWOT分析有利于更快找出临时整合病房组织管理中存在的一些问题，针对问题制定新冠肺炎的一系列防控措施，对特殊时期临时整合病房的管理，有一定的借鉴意义及参考价值。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze current situation of improvised ward organization and management in designated hospital of COVID-19, and raise the coping strategies. Methods: SWOT analysis method was used to illustrate the strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of improvised ward in COVID-19 designated hospital, and establish the coping prevention and control strategies. Results: By implementing the targeted prevention and control strategies, the staff, patients and caregiver accepted the training of COVID-19 - related knowledge and passed the exams, the awareness rates and implementation rates of COVID-19 -related knowledge, wearing the mask, hand hygiene, disinfection, self - isolation consciousness could reach 100%; meanwhile, they screened 385 persons, seven persons were found presenting respiratory symptoms and four suffering fever, no infection of SARS-CoV-2 and suspected cases has been found in the further investigation. Conclusion: SWOT analysis could help find some problems existed in improvised ward organization and management rapidly, establishing a series of problem-based prevention and control measures for COVID-19 and the management of improvised ward at a particular stage could provide the reference.
