摘要:
目的：探讨涤痰化瘀理神汤治疗精神分裂症的效果及对患者体质的影响。方法：将精神分裂症患者69例随机分为两组，对照组34例采用利培酮治疗，研究组35例在对照组基础上口服涤痰化瘀理神汤，治疗两个月后比较两组患者体质分布、阳性与阴性症状量表(positive and negative syndrome scale，PANSS）评分、副反应发生率、疗效及白细胞介素8(interleukin-8，IL-8)、白细胞介素2(interleukin-2，IL-2)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α)水平。结果：研究组平和质多于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者PANSS评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组副反应发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组疗效优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组IL-8、IL-2、TNF-α水平低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：应用利培酮联合涤痰化瘀理神汤治疗精神分裂症疗效优于单纯利培酮治疗，其机制可能与降低炎性细胞因子，改善患者体质有关。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore curative effects of Ditan Huayu Lishen Tang(DHL) in the treatment of schizophrenia and its influence on the constitutions of the patients. Methods: All 69 patients were randomized into two groups, 34 cases of the control group adopted risperidone, 35 cases of the study group were treated by DHL based on the therapy the control group accepted, to compare the distribution of the constitutions, PANSS scores, the incidence of adverse reaction, clinical effects, the concentrations of IL-8, IL-2 and TNF- α between both groups two months after treating. Results: The study group was more than the control group in the number of mild constitutions (P＜0.05); the study group was lower than the control group in the scores of PANSS(P＜0.05); the study group was lower than the control group in the incidence of adverse reaction (P＜0.05); the study group was superior to the control group in clinical effects (P＜0.05); the study group was lower than the control group in the concentrations of IL-8, IL-2 and TNF- α(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Based on risperidone, its combination with DHL are superior to only risperidone, and its mechanism might be related to reducing inflammatory cytokines and improving the constitutions.
