摘要:
目的：观察针刺结合隔姜火龙灸治疗慢性虚寒性咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：将慢性虚寒性咳嗽患者54例随机分为两组。治疗组28例采用针刺结合隔姜火龙灸治疗，5天治疗1次，3次1个疗程；对照组口服温阳补肺止咳方，每天2次。两组均治疗1个月后采用咳嗽症状积分表评估临床疗效。结果：两组患者咳嗽症状积分均较治疗前下降，治疗组下降更明显；治疗组临床总有效率为92.6%(25/27)高于对照组的66.7%(18/27)(P＜0.05)。结论：针刺结合隔姜火龙灸可减轻慢性虚寒性咳嗽患者的咳嗽症状，效果优于口服温阳补肺止咳方。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of needling and fire dragon moxibustion on ginger in the treatment of chronic deficiency-cold cough. Methods: Fifty-four patients were randomized into two groups. 28 cases of the treatment group adopted needling and fire dragon moxibustion on ginger, once every five days, three times were one course; the control group took the prescription of Yang-warming lung-invigorating cough-stopping, twice each day. Clinical effects were evaluated using cough symptom scores when both groups were treated for one month. Results: Cough symptom scores of both groups reduced in both groups compared with these before treating, the decrease of the treatment group was more notable; clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.6%(25/27) higher than 66.7%(18/27) of the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Needling and fire dragon moxibustion on ginger in the treatment of chronic deficiency-cold cough could relieve the symptom of cough, and its effects are superior to these of oral administration of the prescription of Yang-warming lung-invigorating cough-stopping.
