摘要:
目的观察滋阴泻火汤治疗绝经期睡眠障碍的临床疗效。 方法选择绝经期睡障碍患者78例，随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组采用西医常规治疗，观察组内服滋阴泻火汤，两组共治疗4周。比较两组治疗前后临床疗效，睡眠质量（包括入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍）评分、雌二醇（estradiol，E2）、促卵泡激素（follicle stimulating hormone，FSH）、促黄体素（luteinizing hormone，LH）水平及不良反应发生情况。 结果观察组总有效率［92.31%（36/39］与对照组［87.18%（34/39）］比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。治疗后两组睡眠质量各项评分及总分均较治疗前降低（P＜0.05）；且观察组各项指标降低较对照组更明显（P＜0.05）。停药4周后随诊，对照组各项评分及总分较治疗后升高（P＜0.05）；观察组各项评分及总分较治疗后无明显差异（P＞0.05）；观察组各项评分及总分均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。与对照组治疗后比较，观察组E2水平（P＜0.05），FSH、LH水平降低（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率［0%（0/39）］低于对照组［10.26%（4/39）］（P＜0.05）。 结论滋阴泻火汤治疗绝经期女性睡眠障疗效显著、作用持久，且无明显不良反应。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo observe clinical effects of Yin-nourishing fire-purging decoction in the treatment of sleep disorders in menopausal women. MethodsAll 78 cases of sleep disorders were chosen, randomized into the control group and the observation group with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated by conventional therapy of Western medicine, and the observation group by home-made Yin-nourishing fire-purging decoction. To compare clinical effects, the quality of sleep (including the time to fall asleep, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disorders, hypnotics and daytime dysfunction), the levels of E2, FSH, LH and adverse reaction between both groups. ResultsNo significant difference was found in total effective rate between the observation group [92.31%(36/39)] and the control group [87.18%(34/39)] after the treatment (P>0.05). After the treatment, the scores of different items of quality of sleep and total scores of the patients in both groups lowered compared with these before treating (P<0.05); the decrease of each index of the observation group was more notable than that of the control group (P<0.05). In the follow-ups after four weeks of drug withdrawal, different item scores and total scores of the control group increased compared with these after treatment (P<0.05); no obvious difference could be found in the scores of each item and total scores of the observation group than these after treatment (P>0.05); the scores of each item and total scores of the observation group were significantly lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). compared with the control group after treatment the levels of E2, FSH and LH reduced in the observation group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of the observation group was [0%(0/39)], lower than [10.26%(4/39)] of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionThe effects of home-made Yin-nourishing fire-purging decoction are notable and long-lasting in the treatment of sleep disorder in menopausal women, and the therapy shows no notable adverse reaction.
