摘要:
目的探讨补肾活血汤联合地尔硫卓缓释胶囊保护高血压肾病患者肾功能的临床效果。 方法将高血压肾病患者100例随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例。对照组予盐酸地尔硫卓缓释胶囊治疗，治疗组在此基础上口服补肾活血汤，两组均治疗1个月，比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后血流动力学、肾功能及血清炎性因子水平。 结果总有效率治疗组为90.00%，高于对照组的64.00%（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者舒张压（diastolic blood pressure，DBP）、收缩压（systolic blood pressure，SBP）、心率（heart rate，HR）、血清β2-微球蛋白（ β2-microglobulin，β2-MG）、尿蛋白/尿肌酐比值（UPCR）水平均较治疗前降低，治疗组低于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组血清估算肾小球滤过率（eGFR）水平较治疗前升高，治疗组高于对照组（P＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组血清超敏C反应蛋白（high-sensitivity C-reactive protein，hs-CRP）、白细胞介素6（interleukin-6，IL-6）、肿瘤坏死因子α（tumor necrosis factor α，TNF-α）水平较治疗前及对照组治疗后降低（P＜0.05）。 结论补肾活血汤联合地尔硫卓缓释胶囊可改善高血压肾病患者血压及心率，能减轻机体炎症反应，有助于保护患者肾功能，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo discuss clinical effects of benefiting-kidney activating-blood decoction and diltiazem hydrochloride sustained-release capsules in the protection of renal function in patients with hypertensive nephropathy. MethodsAll 100 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by diltiazem hydrochloride sustained-release capsules, and the treatment group took benefiting-kidney activating-blood decoction orally based on Western medicine, both groups were treated for one month, to compare clinical effects, hemodynamics, renal function and the levels of serum inflammatory factors before and after treatment between both groups. ResultsTotal effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%, higher than 64.00% of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, DBP, SBP, HR, the levels of β2-MG and UPCR in both groups lowered than these before treatment, the treatment group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); the levels of eGFR of both groups rose compared with these before treatment, the treatment group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α of the treatment group declined compared with these before treatment, and lower than these of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionBenefiting-kidney activating-blood decoction and diltiazem hydrochloride sustained-release capsules could improve blood pressure and HR in patients, relieve inflammatory reaction, help protect renal function and raise clinical effects.
