摘要:
通过查阅大量文献，初步介绍Wnt/β-catenin通路与细胞凋亡及自噬的关系，总结单味中药及提取物、中药复方及针灸等通过Wnt/β-catenin通路调节细胞凋亡与自噬的最新研究进展，为中医药的起效机制及作用靶点提供相应的临床证据支持。
Abstract:
By consulting a number of literature, the paper primarily introduced the relationship between Wnt/β-catenin pathway and cellular apoptosis and autophagy, and summarized the latest research progress of single herb, extract, herbal compound and acupuncture in the regulation of cellular apoptosis and autophagy through Wnt/β-catenin pathway, in order to provide the corresponding clinical evidence support for the working mechanism and targets of TCM.
