摘要:
分析中西医结合分期辨证治疗缺血性脑卒中（ischemic stroke，IS）的最新研究文献报道，指出中西医结合治疗IS中具有较好治疗研究价值，但目前超早期的IS中医干预方法仍然有限，兼证患者使用综合治法的相关临床研究较少，温阳药物是否可以使用于急性期的治疗等诸多问题还有待中医药学者进一步研究。
Abstract:
The latest studies have confirmed that the combination of TCM and Western medicine has better therapeutic and research values in the treatment of ischemic stroke, however, many problems, including limited TCM intervention method for ischemic stroke at ultra-early stage, fewer clinical studies on treating the patients complicated with other syndromes, and whether yang-warming medicine could be applied to the treatment for the patients at acute phase, need to be further studied by TCM scholars.
