摘要:
壮医认为“三道两路”调畅、“三气”同步则人体健康无病，反之则百病丛生；“三道两路”或堵塞或失调，则影响“三气”同步，导致气血水运行失常或脏腑功能失常，影响大脑功能发为焦虑症；基于“三道两路”“三气同步”“毒虚致病”“气血均衡”等理论得出“调气、解毒、补虚、祛瘀”治则，指导壮医药线点灸疗法、壮医莲花针拔罐逐瘀疗法祛瘀通路等；壮医针刺脐环穴可调整“三部之气”，使人体内气血水运行正常，脏腑功能恢复正常，机体内外协调平稳运行，从而达到治疗焦虑症的目的。
Abstract:
In Zhuang medicine, smooth regulation of "three tracts and two pathways", and synchronization of Qi of "heaven, earth and man" could maintain the health of human body, on the contrary, all kinds of diseases break out; the obstruction or dysfunction of "three tracts and two pathways" influences the synchronization of Qi of "heaven, earth and man", leading to abnormal operation of Qi, blood and water, visceral dysfunction, affecting brain function to develop anxiety disorder; therapeutic principles of "adjusting Qi, detoxifying, tonifying the deficiency, removing blood stasis" are obtained on the foundation of the theory of "three tracts and two pathways""synchronization of three kinds of Qi" "toxin deficiency inducing disease" "Qi and blood balance", used to remove blood stasis and dredge the collateral with medicated thread moxibustion therapy of Zhuang medicine, lotus needle cupping therapy for removing blood stasis. Regulating Qi of three parts by umbilical ring points needling can make Qi, blood and water in the body run normally, the function of viscera return to normal, coordinated and stable operation inside and outside the body, so as to achieve the purpose of treating anxiety disorder.
