摘要:
综述辅助检查在火针治疗膝骨关节炎疗效评价中的应用情况，指出膝骨关节炎是一种临床常见的退行性病变，火针具有温阳散寒和引邪实外出的作用，但火针对膝骨关节炎治疗的量效关系尚待研究，而新型辅助检查可提供相对客观的指标，且在研究火针改善膝关节功能方面提供了新思路，其中激光多普勒血流成像仪可用于评估火针治疗膝骨关节炎的安全性，并据此推广火针的临床应用。
Abstract:
By reviewing the application conditions of auxiliary examination in the efficacy evaluation of fire needle therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA), it is pointed out that KOA is a common degenerative disease in clinic, fire needle could warm Yang for dispel cold, and lead the evil to go out, while dose-effect relationship of fire needle in the treatment of KOA needs to be studied, new type auxiliary examination could provide the relatively objective indexes, and a new idea for studying the improvement of knee function by fire needle, among them, laser Doppler blood flow imager could be used for the safety of assessing fire needle, accordingly, clinical application of fire needle could be promoted.
