摘要:
对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路与激素性骨质疏松症(glucocorticoid-induced osteoporosis,GIOP)相关性及中药单体、中药复方干预Wnt/β-catenin信号通路治疗GIOP的研究进行综述,指出当Wnt/β-catenin信号通路受到抑制时,骨形成减少的同时骨吸收增加,从而诱发GIOP;中药单体及复方通过调控Wnt/β-catenin信号通路抑制剂Dickkopf相关蛋白1(dickkopf related protein 1,DKK1)、组织蛋白酶K(cathepsin K,CTSK)、Wnt抑制因子1(Wnt inhibitory factor 1,WIF1)、糖原合成酶激酶3β(glycogen synthetase kinase-3β,GSK3β)、骨硬化蛋白(sclerostin protein,SOST)等表达水平,再次激活Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,从而达到防治GIOP的目的。因此,探讨中医药对Wnt/β-catenin信号通路的作用,可为防治GIOP提供有力依据,为中医药治疗GIOP提供新方向。
Abstract:
By reviewing the connections between Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis (GIOP), and the researches on the treatment of GIOP with herbal monomers and herbal compounds intervention on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, it is found that the inhibition of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is related to the occurrence and development of GIOP; herbal monomers and herbal compounds could activate Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway again by regulating the expressions of the inhibitors of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway including DKK1, CTSK, WIFI, GSK3β, SOST, thereby preventing and treating GIOP. Therefore, the exploration into the effects of TCM on Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway could provide the powerful reference for the prevention and the treatment of GIOP and the new direction for TCM therapy of GIOP.
