复方黄柏液涂剂辅助超声龈下洁治术治疗慢性牙周炎疗效观察-《西部中医药》

摘要:: 目的观察复方黄柏液涂剂辅助超声龈下洁治术治疗慢性牙周炎（chronic periodontitis，CP）的临床疗效。方法将CP患者94例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各47例。对照组患者接受超声龈下洁治术；治疗组患者在对照组基础上应用复方黄柏液涂剂冲洗。治疗2周后比较两组患者牙周指标、主要症状改善时间及治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者牙龈指数、牙龈出血指数评分减少，牙周袋深度、附着丧失程度降低，治疗组上述牙周指标改善优于对照组（P＜0.01）；治疗组患者口臭、牙龈肿痛改善时间短于对照组（P＜0.01）；总有效率治疗组为97.87%（46/47），高于对照组的82.98%（39/47）（P＜0.05）。结论复方黄柏液涂剂辅助超声龈下洁治术可提高CP患者疗效。

Abstract:: ObjectiveTo explore clinical effects of compound Huangbai liquid coating agent as adjuvant therapy and ultrasonic subgingival scaling in the treatment of chronic periodontitis (CP). MethodsAll 94 CP patients were allocated to the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ultrasonic subgingival scaling; the treatment group was cleaned with compound Huangbai liquid coating agent based on ultrasonic subgingival scaling. After two weeks of the treatment, to compare periodontal indicators, the recovery time of main symptoms and therapeutic effects between both groups. ResultsAfter the treatment, the scores of gingival indexes and gum bleeding index were reduced in the two groups, the depth of periodontal pockets and attachment loss degree were decreased, the improvements of periodontal indicators of the treatment group were better than these of the control group (P<0.01); the treatment group was shorter than the control group in the recovery time of halitosis, swelling and aching of gum (P<0.01); total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.87%（46/47）, higher than 82.98%（39/47） of the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionCompound Huangbai liquid coating agent as adjuvant therapy and ultrasonic subgingival scaling could improve clinical efficacy of CP patients.
