摘要:
目的：观察中药配方宫颈炎I号治疗慢性宫颈糜烂伴HPV感染的临床疗效。方法：将60例宫颈糜烂并HPV阳性的患者随机分为观察组及对照组，每组30例，观察组采用中药宫颈炎I号方，对照组采用干扰素栓治疗。结果：观察组总有效率达83.33%，治愈率达46.67%，明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)；HPV总计转阴率达76.7%，在治疗的3、6、12个月转阴率均高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：中药配方宫颈炎I号对慢性宫颈糜烂有良好的治疗作用，且可提高HPV的转阴率及缩短转阴时间。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effect of GongJingYan recipe I in treating cervical erosion caused by chronic cervicitis and associated with HPV infection. Method: Sixty positive patients with HPV and cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases each group. Observation group were treated with GongJingYan recipe I while control group with interferon. Result: Total effective rate of observation group was 83.33%, cure rate 46.67%, higher than that of control group(P＜0.05); total HPV conversion rate reached to 76.7%, It was higher at the third, sixth, twelfth month of the treatment than that of control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion: GongJingYan recipe I not only is effective in treating cervical erosion, but also can raise HPV conversion rate and shorten conversion time.
