摘要:
目的：观察综合护理干预对冠心病患者不良生活方式的影响。方法：选择庆阳市中医医院心内科2008年4月至2010年4月收住入院的180例冠心病患者，随机分为观察组、对照组各90例。全部患者均给于常规治疗和护理，观察组患者在此基础上给予综合护理干预。患者出院4周后随访，观察并比较2组患者生活方式改变情况。结果：2组患者不良生活方式改善情况，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：综合护理干预对改善冠心病患者的不良生活方式具有积极的作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To investigate influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on unhealthy lifestyle of patients with coronary heart disease. Method: Inpatients with coronary heart disease admitted to cardiovascular department of Qingyang municipality Hospital of TCM from 2008, April to 2010, April were randomized into observation group and control group on average. All patients received conventional treatment and nursing, on this basis observation group were administered with comprehensive nursing intervention. Follow-up started after the patients discharged from hospital for four weeks, changes of lifestyle for both groups were observed and compared. Result: Improvements of unhealthy lifestyle in observation group were obviously superior to that in control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing intervention plays an active role in improving unhealthy lifestyle of patients with coronary heart disease.
