摘要:: 目的：在深入调查基层超声人员基本状况的基础上，探讨如何有效提高基层超声人员的整体素质和水平，以更好地为广大患者服务。方法：以调查问卷的形式对庆阳市140所医院超声人员年龄、学历、工龄、再教育时间等进行全面调查，并对调查数据进行分析、研究。结论：基层医院超声人员严重缺乏；大多数超声人员非本专业毕业，且工龄、从事超声时间较短，学历、职称结构不合理，缺乏扎实的影像专业知识及临床知识，知识面窄，专业功底较差；专业进修培训学习时间短，进修层次低；高职称人员缺乏，不能满足广大患者的医疗服务需求。

Abstract:: Objective: How to improve total quality and level of ultrasound staft efficiently in grass-roots unit was explored on the base of deep probing into basic condition of ultrasound staft in grass-roots unit so that better service could be provided for patients. Method: Staft in 140 hospitals were fully investigated via questionnaires including ages, education, standing, re-education time and others; the data was analyzed and studied. Conclusion: The problems include: a shortage of ultrasound staft in basic hospital; most employees were not graduated from ultrasound with short standing and work time, irrational educational background and positional titles, lack of professional knowledge and clinical experience, narrow range of knowledge and poor foundation; short training time and lower level of study; lack of high positional titles, which couldn′t meet medical requests of patients.
