摘要:
目的：观察心理、生活、中药保健、运动等针对性的家庭病床护理措施对冠心病患者药物不良反应率及住院率的影响。方法：将200例临床确诊为冠心病的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各100例，分别采用传统的居家护理方法和改进后的护理方法。结果：药物不良反应率、住院率、良好生活习惯率、按时按量服药率2组相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：家庭病床冠心病患者经过针对性的综合护理指导后，能降低药物不良反应率与住院治疗率，养成良好的生活习惯。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe influence of corresponding nursing in family practice including psychology, life, herbs, exercise on admission rate and adverse reaction incidence of patients with coronary heart disease. Method: All 200 patients were randomized into observation group and control group, 100 cases each group, which received traditional nursing and reformed nursing respectively. Result: Comparison between both groups indicated statistical meaning in adverse reaction incidence, admission rate, rates of better habits and medicated rate (P＜0.05). Conclusion: It can decrease adverse reaction incidence and admission rate when patients with coronary heart disease were given with corresponding comprehensive nurse, which can help the patients form better life habits.
