摘要:: 目的：观察抚触联合足部反射区按摩对中、重度新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法：将在我院儿科住院的73例中、重度HIE患儿根据入院次序分为3组：A组(对照组)22例；B组(抚触治疗组)24 例；C组(抚触联合足部反射区按摩组)27例。A组采取传统治疗护理方法；B组采取抚触干预；C组在抚触治疗的同时进行足部反射区按摩。分别在治疗的第7天、第14天、第20天、出院时采用NBNA测评方法对3组患儿进行测定、评分。在患儿3个月、6个月、12个月时采用婴儿智能发育量表(CDCC)分别进行智能发育(MDI)和运动发育(PDI)检测。结果：NBNA评分显示，第7天3组无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，第14天有统计学意义(P＜0.05)，第20天至出院时NBNA分值比较，C组高于A、B组，3组差异有显著性意义(P＜0.01)；3组患儿CDCC检测结果显示，3个月、6个月及12个月CDCC测评，C组分值明显高于A、B组，有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：抚触联合足部反射区按摩治疗HIE，疗效确切，能明显改善HIE患儿智能发育及运动发育。

Abstract:: Objective: To observe clinical effects of caress and feet reflex zones massage in treating hypoxia ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) at advanced stage in children. Method: All 73 patients were divided into three groups according to admission rank: 22 cases in A group (control group), 24 cases in B group (caress group) and 27 cases in C group (group of caress and feet reflex zones massage). A group received traditional nursing; B group caress; C group caress and feet reflex zones massage. Three groups were tested and scored with NBNA at the 7th, 14th and 20th day. MDI and PDI were detected with infant intelligence scale of Chinese children development center(CDCC) at the third, sixth and twelfth month. Result: Scores of NBNA demonstrated that comparisons among three groups at the seventh day had no statistical meaning (P＞0.05), the ones had statistical meaning at the fourteenth day (P＜0.05), by the twenty day scores of C group were higher than A and B group with remarkable difference (P＜0.01). Scores of CDCC showed that C group was higher than A and B group clearly with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Caress and feet reflex zones massage in treating HIE can obtain definite effects and improve intelligence and movement development significantly.
