摘要:
目的：观察中药赤栀黄汤治疗胆总管结石术后黄疸的临床疗效。方法：将55例患者随机分为治疗组35例，对照组20例，对照组使用注射型还原型谷胱甘肽1.8 g，静脉滴注，1次/d；促肝细胞生长素1.0g，静脉滴注，1次/d；维生素C 2.0 g、维生素 K1 200 mg、肌苷0.4 g，静脉滴注， 1 次/d。治疗组在此基础上加用中药赤栀黄汤治疗，4周为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察临床疗效及肝功能变化情况。结果：治疗组总有效率为91.43%，对照组为75.00%，2组相比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后肝功能改善情况治疗组优于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：赤栀黄汤剂联合西医常规治疗胆汁淤积性黄疸可明显改善临床症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Chi ZhiHuangTang in treating jaundice after choledo- cholithotomy. Method: Fifty-five patients were randomly allocated into 35 cases in treatment group and 20 cases in control group. Control group were given with intravenous reduced glutathione for injection, 1.8 g, once each day; and hepatocyte growth-promoting factors, 1.0 g, once per day; vitamin C 2.0 g, vitamin K1 200 mg, and inosine 0.4 g, once each day. Treatment group also took Chi ZhiHuangTang based on the therapy given to control group, one session was four weeks, clinical effects and changes of liver function were observed after one session. Result: Total effective rate of treatment group was 91.43%, superior to 75.00% of control group with statistical meaning(P＜0.05); treatment group was superior to control group with statistical meaning in improvement of liver function after the treatment(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Chi ZhiHuangTang and western medicine in treating cholestatic jaundice can improve clinical symptom obviously.
