摘要:
目的：观察少腹逐瘀汤加味防治妇科术后并发症的临床疗效。方法：将126例行妇科腹部手术的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各63例，2组患者术后均予以常规药物、心理治疗等，治疗组在此基础上口服少腹逐瘀汤加味，对照组口服四磨汤，观察2组患者术后肛门排气和排便时间，术后腹痛、恶心呕吐、膀胱功能障碍和下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。结果:治疗组术后肛门排气时间和排便时间，恶心呕吐发生率和膀胱功能障碍发生率均少于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；治疗组腹痛发生率和下肢深静脉血栓发生率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论：少腹逐瘀汤加味能有效防治妇科术后并发症，且无明显不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of modified ShaoFu ZhuYuTang in treating complications after gynecological surgery. Method: All 126 patients were randomly divided into therapy group and control group on average. Both groups received conventional medicine, psychological treatment and others, therapy group took modified ShaoFu ZhuYuTang, control group were given with SiMoTang. Incidences of deep vein thrombus, vesical dysfunction, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain after operation, anal exhaust time and anal defecation time were observed. Result: Therapy group was less than control group with statistical meaning in incidence of anal exhaust time and defecation time, nausea and vomiting and vesical dysfunction(P＜0.05); therapy group was less than control group in incidence of abdominal pain and deep vein thrombus but the difference suggested no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Modified ShaoFu ZhuYuTang is effective in preventing and treating complication after gynecological surgery without adverse reaction.
