摘要:
目的：通过建立动物损伤模型，采用通络搽剂作为治疗药物，从分子生物学、组织形态学、病理学角度研究通络搽剂对大鼠软组织损伤的修复作用，为该药临床治疗急性软组织损伤提供理论依据。方法：取50只健康、成年清洁级大鼠，随机分为3组，造模后按第1天、第3天、第5天3个时相，每组随机取5只大鼠，采集血液和损伤软组织，观察相关药物的药理作用。结果：白介素1(IL-1)和前列腺素PGE2浓度在第2到第3次测量时相点模型对照组与通络搽剂组比较差异显著(P＜0.05)；经过中药通络搽剂5天治疗后局部损伤软组织基本接近于正常组织；通络搽剂组和正骨水组均能促进损伤局部肿胀、皮下瘀斑和皮下出血的消散，与模型对照组相比有明显的差异(P＜0.05)。结论：中药通络搽剂对实验大鼠软组织损伤有明显的修复作用。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify the efficacy of TongLuo ChaJi in treating soft tissue injury from molecular biology, histomorphology and pathology by treating animal models with TongLuo ChaJi in order to provide theoretical evidence for clinical application. Method: All 50 rats were assigned randomly into three groups. Five rats were chosen from each group to collect blood and injured soft tissue. Pharmacological actions of associated drugs were observed on three time phases at the first day, third day and fifth day after successfully establishing the models. Result: Comparison between model group and TongLuo ChaJi group showed remarkable difference in concentrations of interleukin (IL-1) and prostaglandin (PGE2) at the second to the third survey (P＜0.05); local injured soft tissue nearly restored to normal tissue; TongLuo ChaJi and ZhengGuShui could promote the elimination of local swelling, ecchymosis and bruising, both groups indicated remarkable difference compared with model control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: TongLuo ChaJi suggested notable rehabilitation for experimental rat with soft tissue injury.
