摘要:
目的：观察西医常规治疗联合小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期的临床疗效。方法：将54例COPD急性加重期患者随机分为2组。对照组26例予以西医常规治疗，治疗组28例在对照组治疗基础上加用小青龙加石膏汤。2组均以15天为1个疗程。观察2组临床疗效及治疗后动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)及第1秒用力呼气肺容量(FEV1)的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率、PaO2、SaO2、FEV1改善均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：西医常规治疗联合小青龙汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期具有良好的临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of conventional western medicine and XiaoQingLongTang in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) at acute exacerbation. Method: Fifty-four patients were randomly allocated into two groups. 26 cases in control group received conventional western medicine while therapy group were administered with XiaoQingLongTang based on the treatment given to control group. One session was 15 days for both groups. Clinical effects and PaO2, SaO2 and FEV1 after treating were observed. Result: Total effective rate of therapy group and improvements of PaO2, SaO2 and FEV1 were superior to that of control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Conventional western medicine and XiaoQingLongTang can obtain better clinical effects in treating COPD at acute exacerbation.
