摘要:
目的：分析孕期健康教育降低剖宫产率的效果，为制定降低剖宫产率的具体措施提供参考。方法：随机抽取3个社区与乡镇的600名孕妇进行调查，并按照随机分组原则，将其中300名孕妇作为干预组进行健康教育干预，将另外300名孕妇作为对照组，不对其进行健康教育干预，随访并分析健康教育干预的效果。结果：干预组的剖宫产发生率(53.33%)明显低于对照组(76.00%)，2组选择剖宫产的原因基本类似，影响2组孕妇剖宫产的相关危险因素为孕妇受教育年限高、孕妇有不良孕产史、产检次数多。结论：加强孕期健康教育能有效降低剖宫产率，但需要严格把握剖宫产指征，从而有效降低剖宫产率，提高母婴健康水平。
Abstract:
Objective: To provide reference for establishing measures against reducing the rate of cesarean section by analyzing the effect of health education on reducing the rate of cesarean section. Method: All 600 pregnant women were randomly chosen from three communities and townships and surveyed, separated into intervention group and control group. Intervention group received health education. The effects of health education were followed and analyzed. Result: Incidence of cesarean section in intervention group was 53.2%, significantly lower than 76.0% of control group. The reasons of patients in both groups choosing cesarean section were similar, influencing factors were education background, the history of abnormal pregnancy, number of prenatal care. Conclusion: Enhancing health education during pregnancy can effectively lower the rate of cesarean section. We should strictly seize the indexes of cesarean section, therefore to reduce the rate of cesarean section and raise health level of mother and infants.
