摘要:
目的：观察分期护理对母乳喂养率及泌乳量的影响。方法：将90例顺产初产妇随机分为2组。2组均给予常规护理，观察组同时给予孕期、产褥期、产后等分期护理。结果：从产后第2天开始到第4天，观察组泌乳量均大于对照组（P＜0.05）。观察组乳头扁平、乳头皲裂、乳房胀痛等并发症发生率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。纯母乳喂养率观察组为71.1%，对照组为26.7%，2组相比差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论：分期护理有助于孕产妇增加泌乳量、减少乳房并发症，提高母乳哺养率。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach effect of nursing by stages on breast feeding rate and lactation amount. Method: Ninety patients were randomized into two groups. Both groups received conventional nursing, observation group were given with nursing by pregnancy, puerperium, puerperal state. Result: Observation group were more than control group in lactation amount from the second to the forth day after birth(P＜0.05). Incidence of complications such as flat nipples, cracked nipple and distending pain of breast in observation group were lower than that of control group(P＜0.05). Breast feeding rate of observation group was 71.1%, higher than 26.7% of control group with significant difference(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Nursing by stages is helpful to increase lactation amount of pregnant and parturient, reduce complications of breast and raise breast feeding rate.
