摘要:
目的：观察大鼠皮肤接触藏药十八味欧曲膏后的毒性反应。方法：以大鼠为试验动物，将大鼠按性别、体质量随机分组并造模，用藏药十八味欧曲膏涂于创面，与对照组对照，观察各组皮肤反应。结果：与对照组比较，用药后各组大鼠的正常皮肤和破损皮肤均未产生急性毒性和长期毒性反应，未引起大鼠皮肤刺激反应。结论：藏药十八味欧曲膏大鼠皮肤接触实验未见急慢性毒性反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe toxic reactions of rats after their skin touching Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQuGao. Method: Rats were randomized into groups according to the sexes and body weight to establish the models. Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQuGao was smeared onto the wound to compare with control group. Dermal reactions of different groups were observed. Result: Compared with control group, normal and wounded skin of rats in different groups showed no acute toxicity and long term toxicity, which proved that Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQuGao didn’t cause dermal irritation of rat. Conclusion: Tibetan drug ShiBaWei OuQuGao shows no acute or chinic toxicity in the experment.
