摘要:
目的：观察鼻康胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效性。方法：采用随机、双盲的检验方法,将符合入选标准的 265 例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为试验组(A)117 例和鼻渊丸对照组(B)86 例、鼻炎康对照组(C)62 例。试验组服用鼻康胶囊,对照组分别服用鼻渊丸、鼻炎康,依据主要症状和体征积分变化来判定治疗前后的疗效。结果：试验组总有效率为 86.3%,优于鼻渊丸对照组的 72.1%，鼻炎康对照组的 67.8%(P＜0.05)。结论：鼻康胶囊治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效优于鼻渊丸、鼻炎康。
Abstract:
Objective: To approach the efficacy of BiKang capsule in treating allergic rhinitis. Method: A total of 265 patients were randomized into 117 cases in test group(A), 86 cases in control group(B) and 62 cases in control group of BiYanKang (C). Test group took BiKang capsule; control group took BiYuanWan and BiYanKangrespectively. Curative effects were evaluated after treating according to main symptom and body sign scale. Result:Total effective rate of test group was 86.3% , superior to 72.1% of BiYuanWan control group and 67.8% of BiYanKang control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Clinical effects of BiKang capsule for allergic rhinitis are superior to BiYuanWan and BiYanKang.
