摘要:
目的：探讨硝酸甘油微量泵给药治疗心功能不全、高血压等症的临床护理方法。方法：对符合病例纳入标准的135例心衰和高血压患者给予心理护理、监测药物不良反应、生活护理、并发症预防等护理措施，观察并发症及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果：135例患者经医护人员精心护理，均未发生药物不良反应及并发症。结论：心理护理、监测药物不良反应、生活护理、并发症预防等护理措施有助于减少硝酸甘油泵入治疗心衰和高血压所导致的药物不良反应及并发症。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the nursing methods for glyceryl trinitrate micro-pump in treating the emergency including cardiac functional insufficiency, hypertension and others. Method: All 135 patients were given with psychological nursing, monitoring adverse reaction of drugs, life nursing and prevention of complication. The incidences of complication and drug reactions were observed. Result: No adverse reaction and complication occurred after careful nursing for 135 patients. Conclusion: Nursing methods such as psychological nursing,monitoring adverse reaction of drugs, life nursing and prevention of complication are helpful to reduce the adverse reaction and complication caused by glyceryl trinitrate pump which is for heart failure and hypertension.
