摘要:
目的：观察青黛平溃汤治疗复发性阿弗它溃疡的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各30例，对照组给予西药常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上同时给予中药内服，1剂/d，早晚分服。2组均以连续服药7天为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后观察疗效。结果：治愈率治疗组为26.67%，对照组为3.33%；总有效率治疗组为83.33%，对照组为20.00%。治疗组治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗组愈合情况优于对照组，2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：青黛平溃汤对治疗复发性阿弗他溃疡有显著疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of QingDai PingKuiTang in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer.Method: Sixty patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally. The control group received routine western medicine and the treatment group took herbs, one dose each day, taking in the morning and evening twice. Seven days were one course of treatment and clinical effects were observed after two courses of treatment. Result: The cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 26.67% and 3.33%; total effective rates of both groups were 83.33% and 20.00%. The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group(P＜ 0.05). The healing condition of the treatment group was better than the control group, the difference of both groups showed statistical meaning (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: QingDai PingKuiTang demonstrates remarkable effects in treating recurrent aphthous ulcer.
