摘要:
目的：探讨三黄汤对Ⅲ期压疮的疗效，寻找Ⅲ期压疮的优化治疗策略。方法：将69例Ⅲ期压疮患者随机分成2组，接受常规护理的同时，观察组35例创面使用三黄汤湿敷后配合红外线照射，对照组34例创面用庆大霉素湿敷后红外线照射。结果：观察组压疮疗效明显优于对照组，治愈时间短于对照组(P＜0.01)，患者及家属满意度高于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：三黄汤为主治疗Ⅲ期压疮效果满意，可明显缩短治疗时间，减轻患者痛苦。
Abstract:
Objective: To find out the optimized treatment for pressure sore at Ⅲ stage through exploring clinical effects of SanHuangTang in treating pressure sore at Ⅲ stage. Method: All 69 patients were randomized into two groups, 35 cases in the observation group received SanHuangTang for wet use and infrared, 34 cases in the control group were given with gentamicin for wet use and infrared. Result: The observation group was superior to the control group in therapeutic effects in both groups, hospitalization time was shortened(P＜0.01), satisfactory rate of patients and their family members was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion: SanHuangTang could obtain satisfactory results for pressure sore at Ⅲ stage, obviously shorten therapeutic time and alleviated the pain of the patients.
