摘要:
目的：观察手术联合贞芪扶正颗粒治疗颌面部肿瘤的临床疗效。方法：将 80 例颌面部肿瘤患者随机分为观察组和对照组各 40 例。2 组患者均采用手术治疗，观察组在此基础上给予贞芪扶正颗粒，口服，1 袋 / 次，2 次/d，连用 2 个月。观察 2 组患者临床疗效、生活质量改善情况及不良反应。结果：观察组完全缓解率为 37.50%，总有效率为 92.50%；对照组完全缓解率为 22.50%，总有效率为 80.00%。2 组完全缓解率、总有效率相比有明显差异(P＜0.05)。治疗后观察组食量、体质量增加人数及疼痛减轻人数与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。2 组给药后食欲、睡眠、日常活动、精神状态、情绪、与人交往、生活兴趣等方面均较治疗前明显改善(P＜0.05)，且观察组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05)。2 组消化道、骨髓抑制等方面的不良反应发生情况相比差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：手术联合贞芪扶正颗粒治疗颌面部肿瘤临床疗效显著，并可改善患者生活质量，减少化疗不良反应。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical effects of surgery and ZhenQi FuZheng granules in treating maxillo-facial tumor. Method: All 80 patients were allocated into the observation group and the control group equally. Both groups received surgery and the observation group took ZhenQi FuZheng granules orally, one pack each time, twice each day, for two consecutive months. Clinical efficacy, improvements of life quality and adverse reactions of both groups were observed. Result: Total remission rate and total effective rate of the observation group were 37.50% and 92.50%, higher than 22.50% and 80.00% of the control group with significant differences (P＜0.05).The observation group showed statistical meaning after treating in food intake, the number of body weight increase and the pain remission compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Both groups improved more greatly after treating in appetite, sleeping, daily activity, mental state, mood, social activity, life interests than before treating (P＜ 0.05),the observation group improved greater than the control group (P＜0.05). Comparison of both groups demonstrated the difference in adverse reactions including digestive tract, arrest of bone marrow and others (P＜ 0.05). Conclusion:Surgery combined with ZhenQi FuZheng granules could gain notable effects, improve life quality and reduce adverse reaction of chemotherapy.
