摘要:
目的：探讨急性重症胰腺炎护理干预措施。方法：对 62 例急性重症胰腺炎非手术治疗和手术治疗后患者给予护理评估、管道护理、疼痛护理等护理措施。结果：62 例患者中 40 例痊愈，死亡 22 例，其中非手术治疗死亡 12 例，手术后死亡 10 例。结论：护理评估、管道护理、疼痛护理等护理措施有助于减轻患者痛苦，提高临床疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To discuss the nursing intervention for acute severe pancreatitis. Method: All 62 patients without and undergoing surgeries were given with nursing assessment, channel nursing, pain nursing and others. Result: All 40 cases were cured and 22 patients died among 62 patients, and there were 12 patients died without surgery and ten cases did after surgery. Conclusion: Nursing measures including nursing assessment, channel nursing, pain nursing and others would be helpful to alleviate the patients' pain and improve clinical effects.
