摘要:
目的：观察门诊护理指导对孕中期妇女焦虑的影响。方法：将符合纳入标准的 80 例孕中期孕妇分为2 组，观察组 40 例给予个性化门诊护理指导，对照组 40 例不予特殊处理。2 组均采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)评价孕妇焦虑程度。结果：焦虑自评量表评分2组干预前后相比有显著差异(P＜0.05)；干预后 2组相比有明显差异(P＜0.05)。结论：门诊护理指导可有效减轻孕中期孕妇焦虑症状。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the influence of outpatient nursing on the anxiety of pregnant women.Method: Eighty patients were divided into two groups. The observation group received individual outpatient nursing and the control group were unhandled. The anxiety of pregnant women was assessed with self-rating anxiety scale (SAS). Result: Comparison between before and after intervention presented significant difference in SAS of both groups (P＜ 0.05); it also had significant difference after intervention(P＜ 0.05). Conclusion: Outpatient nursing could effectively relieve the anxiety of pregnant women during the medium-term.
