摘要:
目的：研究芪参肠泰肠溶胶囊的制备工艺。方法：采用水煎煮法和乙醇渗漉法分别对组方中的药材按主要有效成分溶解性的不同进行提取，并用雾化干燥等方法将提取所得浸膏干燥、粉碎制成颗粒装胶囊。结果：本研究设计的制备工艺适宜胶囊剂的制备。结论：芪参肠泰肠溶胶囊制备工艺合理，质量可控，方法科学。
Abstract:
Objective: To study the preparation of QiShen ChangTai enteric-coated capsule. Method: Main effective components in the prescription were dissolved and extracted with the water boiling method and ethanol percolation method, the extract was dried, grounded into granules with the method of atomizing drying and packaged in the capsule. Result: The preparation technique was suitable for the preparation of capsule. Conclusion: The preparation technique for QiShen ChangTai enteric-coated capsule is reasonable and scientific, which could be used for quality control.
