摘要:
目的：观察电灸法辅助治疗肺结核的疗效。方法：将 100 例肺结核涂阳患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各 50 例，对照组常规抗结核治疗，治疗组在此基础上采用电灸法辅助治疗。结果：治疗组临床症状、体征、精神状态明显改善，血沉下降较快，与对照组相比，有显著性差异(P＜0.05),T 淋巴细胞亚群 CD3+细胞数、CD4+/CD8+比值、NK 细胞数均有不同程度的上升，与对照组相比，其差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；B(CD19)细胞 数与对照组相比，其差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)结论：电灸法可提高结核患者的免疫力，可作为辅助治疗肺结核的一种手段。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore accessory effects of electro-moxibustion in treating pulmonary tuberculosis.Method: One hundred patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group equally, the control group received routine therapy against tuberculosis and the patients in the treatment group were given with electro-moxibustion beside the routine therapy. Result: The symptoms, body signs and mental state of the patients in the treatment group were improved significantly, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) was decreased rapidly, compared with the control group, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜ 0.05), T-lymphocyte subsets, CD3+ cellular number, ratio of CD4+/CD8+ and NK cellular number were rose in different degrees, compared with the control group, the difference showed statistical meaning (P＜0.05); compared with the control group, the difference had no statistical meaning in B (CD19) cellular number (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Electro-moxibustion could improve the immunity of patients with tuberculosis and be taken as an adjunctive therapy for pulmonary tuberculosis.
