摘要:
目的：探讨推拿手法联合刺络拔罐治疗颈肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征的临床疗效。方法：将颈肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征患者 60 例随机分为治疗组和对照组各 30 例，对照组采用外涂扶他林常规方法治疗，治疗组采用推拿手法后刺络拔罐治疗。结果：治疗组总有效率为 96.7%，治愈率为 76.7%；对照组总有效率为93.3%，治愈率为 50.0%。2 组总有效率无统计学意义(P＞0.05)，但治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05)。治疗前后在疼痛、局部压痛、功能障碍方面，治疗组同组间、2 组间评分明显差异，均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：推拿手法后刺络拔罐治疗颈肩背部肌筋膜疼痛综合征疗效显著。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore clinical efficacy of manipulation, blood-letting puncture and cupping in the treatment for myofascial pain syndrome of neck and back. Method: All 60 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The control group was applied with voltaren externally and the treatment group received manipulation, blood-letting puncture and cupping. Result: Total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.7% and 93.3%, comparison between both groups demonstrated no statistical meaning (P＞0.05). Cure rate of the treatment group were 76.7%, higher than 50.0% of the control group significantly (P＜0.05); the differences between both groups, whining one group between before and after treating had statistical meaning in pain, local tenderness and functional disorder (P＞0.05). Conclusion: Manipulation, blood-letting puncture and cupping show remarkable effects in treating myofascial pain syndrome of neck and back.
