摘要:
目的：探讨个体化心理干预对艾滋病患者抑郁和焦虑情绪的影响。方法：选择 70 例艾滋病患者，随机分为干预组和对照组，干预组在药物治疗的基础上进行个体化心理干预，对照组仅用药物治疗而未采取特殊干预措施。6 周后通过汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行总评分和各项减分值的计算。结果：干预组和对照组相比，总评分有显著差异(P＜0.01),减分值大部分显著差异。结论：个体化心理护理干预能减轻艾滋病患者抑郁和焦虑情绪，延缓疾病发展，提高生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the effects of individualized psychological intervention on anxiety and depression of AIDS patients. Method: Seventy patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group. The intervention group received individual psychological intervention on the basis of medicine and the control group medicine. In six weeks total scores and item deductions were calculated with HAMD and HAMA.Result: The comparison in total scores presented significant differences between both groups (P ＜0.01), the comparisons in item deductions except factors also had significant differences. Conclusion: Individualized psychological intervention could relieve the anxiety and depression of AIDS patients, prolong the development of the disease and raise life quality.
