摘要:
目的：建立展筋酊中大黄素,大黄酚的 RP-HPLC 测定方法。方法：Symmetry C18 色谱柱(5.0μm),甲醇∶0.1％磷酸溶液 (85∶15) 为流动相，流速：0.8 mL/min；柱温：20℃，检测波长：423 nm。结果：大黄素、大黄酚在 10.0-30.0μg/mL浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线形关系(r=0.999 9，0.999 7)；平均回收率分别为101.35%和98.25%(RSD=2.26%,1.17%)。结论：本方法快速、灵敏、专属性强，可用于展筋酊的含量测定。
Abstract:
Objective: To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of emodin and chrysophanol in ZhanJing tincture. Method: Symmetry C18chromatographic column (5.0μm) was adopted, methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (85∶15)as the mobile phase, flow rate was 0.8 ml·min-1; the column temperature was 20℃ , the detection wavelength was 423nm. Result: Emodin and chrysophanol showed better linear relationship in the concentration range of 10.0 to 30.0μg/mL and peak area (r=0.999 9, 0.999 7); average ecovery rates were 101.35% and 98.25% respectively (RSD=2.26%, 1.17%). Conclusion: The method, rapid, sensitive and specific, could be used for the content determination of ZhanJing tincture.
