摘要:
目的：分析中药复方敷擦外治类风湿性关节炎的用药规律。方法：通过中国知网数据库、重庆维普中文科技期刊全文数据库收集 1979—2011 年治疗类风湿性关节炎的中药敷擦复方共 111 首，采用 Access2003 建立药物数据库，应用 SPSS 13.0 统计软件分析、提炼用药规律。结果：祛风湿药、活血化瘀药、解表药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药使用频率较高，补虚药只占 5.09%。祛风湿类最常用的药为生川乌、生草乌；活血 化瘀药最常用乳香、红花；解表药最常用细辛；清热药最常用黄柏；化痰止咳平喘药最常用生天南星、白芥子；最常用的敷擦剂为酒、醋。结论：中药复方敷擦外治类风湿性关节炎重在运用祛风湿、活血化瘀、解表、清热、化痰药物，以畅通气血，达到消肿止痛的目的。常用毒性药物为生品川乌、细辛、草乌，复方应配伍解表药、开窍药以促进药物在体表的吸收。
Abstract:
Objective: To analyze the law of medicine application of TCM compound in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Method: Altogether 111 pieces of TCM compound prescriptions for external use from 1979 to 2011 were collected from CNKI and full-text database of Chongqing VIP for rheumatoid arthritis, the database was established with Access 2003 and analyzed with SPSS13.0 to summarize the law of medicine application. Result: The most frequently used drugs were for dispelling rheumatism, activating blood and resolving stasis, relieving the exterior, clearing the heat, eliminating phlegm, the drugs for tonifying deficiency only occupied 5.09%. The most frequently used drugs for dispelling rheumatism were ShengChuanWu (Aconite Root) and ShengCaoWu (Radix Aconiti); the frequently used drugs for activating blood and resolving stasis were RuXiang(Boswelliacarteri) and HongHua(Carthamus tinctorius L.); the drug for relieving the exterior was XiXin (A sarum sieboldi Mig.); the drug for clearing the heat was HuangBai(golden cypress); the drugs for eliminating phlegm to stop cough and asthma were raw TianNanXing(Rhi- zoma A risaematis) and BaiJieZi (Semen Brassicae); the common used liniments were liquor and vinegar.Conclusion:TCM compound prescriptions in treating rheumatoid arthritis for external use mainly contain the drugs for dispelling rheumatism, activating blood and resolving stasis, relieving the exterior, clearing the heat and eliminating phlegm,which could smooth Qi and blood to resolve the swelling and stop the pain. The common frequently used drugs with toxicity are raw ChuanWu, XiXin, CaoWu, The compound prescription should be combined with the drugs ofrelieving the exterior and opening the orificesto promote the absorption ofdrugson the bodysurface.
