摘要:
目的：观察自拟盆腔腹痛方治疗盆腔腹痛症的疗效。方法：将 90 例盆腔腹痛症患者按就诊先后顺序分为观察组 60 例与对照组 30 例。对照组予抗菌素 + 妇炎康片口服为主治疗，观察组采用自拟盆腔腹痛方为基础方加减治疗，3 个疗程(1 个疗程 2 周)后观察疗效。结果：观察组总有效率为 91.7%，高于对照组的80%，2 组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。观察组治疗后自觉症状、盆腔阳性体征消失或改善；各项检测指标均明显优于对照组。结论：盆腔腹痛方治疗盆腔腹痛症疗效显著，值得推广应用。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of self-made prescriptions in treating pelvic abdominal pain.Method: All 90 patients were randomized into 60 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group.The control group took antibiotics and FuYanKang tablets, the observation group received modified self-made prescriptions, clinical effects were observed after three consecutive courses of treatment (two weeks were one course of treatment). Result: Total effective rate of the observation group was 91.7%, higher than 80% of the control group with statistical meaning (P＜0.05). After treating, rational symptom and positive body sign of pelvic disappeared or were improved in the observation group; the indexes were remarkably superior to that of the control group. Conclusion: Self-made prescriptions could obtain notable effects in treating pelvic abdominal pain.
