摘要:
目的：观察沙美特罗替卡松联合金水宝胶囊治疗中度非急性发作期支气管哮喘的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：将 200 例患者随机分为 2 组。试验组 100 例采用沙美特罗替卡松(50μg/250μg)联合金水宝胶囊治疗；对照组 100 例单用沙美特罗替卡松(50μg/250μg)治疗。治疗 6 个月、12 个月后观察 2 组哮喘控制水平（FEVl）改善情况、哮喘控制测试 ACT 评分情况及咽部不适发生率、声音嘶哑发生率、咽部真菌感染发生 率。结果：试验组在 FEV1改善、哮喘控制测试 ACT 评分方面明显优于对照组(P＜0.05)；在不良反应(咽部不适、声音嘶哑、咽部真菌感染)方面明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：沙美特罗替卡松联合金水宝胶囊对中度非急性发作期支气管哮喘控制良好，不良反应少。
Abstract:
Objective: To verify clinical effects and adverse reaction of salmeterol fluticasone combined with JinShuiBao capsule for moderate bronchial asthma during the period of non acute attack. Method: All 200 patients were randomized into two groups. The patients of the experiment group were administered with salmeterol fluticasone (50μg/ 250μg) combined with JinShuiBao capsule; 100 cases of the control group received salmeterol fluticasone(50μg/ 250μg) only. The incidence of pharyngeal mycotic infection, hoarseness, pharyngeal discomfort, the scores of asthma control test (ACT) and the improvement of asthma control level were observed after treating for six months and one year. Result: The experiment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of asthma control level and the scores of ACT (P＜0.05); less than the control group in adverse reactions (pharyngeal discomfort, hoarseness and pharyngeal mycotic infection) (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Salmeterol fluticasone combined with JinShuiBao capsule could control moderate bronchial asthma during the period of non acute attack well with minor adverse reaction.
