摘要:: 探讨高龄冠状动脉多支血管病变 PCI 术后上消化道出血患者的护理特点及原则，认为高龄冠状动脉多支血管病变患者因其多数合并消化道疾病，且 PCI 术后为防止支架内血栓形成，需双联抗血小板治疗，易出现上消化道出血，同时，冠状动脉多支血管病变造成心肌长期大面积缺血，故术后护理应纠正心功能，评估出血风险，采取相应的救治措施，以减少死亡率，缩短患者住院时间。

Abstract:: It indicated that most of the patients at advanced ages suffering from multivessel disease (MVD) were usually complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding through exploring the nursing and principles, in order to prevent stent thrombosis, the patients were given with dual anti-platelet therapy after PCI, which could lead to upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Meanwhile, MVD could cause large-scale ischemia of heart muscle in long term; we should correct cardiac function, estimate the risk of bleeding and adopt the corresponding measures to reduce mortality and shorten hospitalization time of the patients.
