摘要:: 目的：探讨药品数量化管理模式在医院药房中的作用。方法：实施基于医院信息管理系统的药品数量化管理模式，对比实施前后在盘点效率、盘点误差率以及账物相符率等方面的差异。结果：实施数量化管理模式后，药房的盘点效率、盘点误差率均显著优于实施前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；实施后的帐物相符率高于实施前，差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：数量化管理模式在医院药房中的作用显著，可全面提升了管理质量，有助于药品管理规范化的实施。

Abstract:: Objective: To explore the roles of drugs quantitative management played in hospital drugstore. Method: Based on drugs quantitative management, stock-taking efficiency, error rate of stock-taking and coincidence rate of account and things were compared before and after the implementation. Result: After carrying out quantitative management, stock-taking efficiency and error rate of stock-taking in the drugstore after implementing were superior to that before implementing remarkably, the differences showed statistical meaning (P＜0.01); coincidence rate of account and things after the implementation was higher than that before the implementation, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning (P＜0.05). Conclusion: Quantitative management plays a key role in hospital drugstore and fully improves the quality of management, helpful to the implementation of drug management standardization.
