目前医院购进药品验收工作的缺陷主要表现在医院领导对购进药品验收工作不够重视、验收制度不够完善、验收人员素质低、职责不明确、验收时重数量轻质量、验收记录不全面等，医院应通过明确医院药品质量管理部门职责、加强领导、建立考核制度、提高验收人员素质和建立多环节验收制度等措施加以改进。

Current state of the purchase, examination and verification of drug in the hospital was unsatisfactory, the main limitations were that hospital leaders didn't pay enough attention to the examination and verification of purchased drugs, the system was not prefect, the quality of staff responsible for the examination was low, the duty was not clear, the importance of the work was emphasizing the number but not the quality, the record was incomplete and others, Hospital leaders should improve through making the duty clear, enhancing the leadership, establishing the check system, improving the quality of staff and building the multi-link system.
