摘要:
目的：探讨蒙古族人群原发性高血压动态血压（ABPM）参数与脑卒中筛查的相关性。方法：选择蒙古族人群原发性高血压患者170例，分为脑卒中组(74例)与非脑卒中组(96例)，同时选择对照组(汉族人群脑卒中患者82例)，比较各组24小时平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、24小时平均舒张压(24 h DBP)、白昼平均收缩压(dSBP)、白昼平均舒张压(dDBP)、夜间平均收缩压(nSBP)、夜间平均舒张压(nDBP)、脉压(PP)、 平均动脉压(MAP)等ABPM参数并分析相关性。结果：蒙古族人群脑卒中组平均收缩压、平均舒张压、脉压与非脑卒中组相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),呈正相关；平均动脉压与非脑卒中组相比，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01),呈显著正相关。同时，蒙古族人群脑卒中组平均收缩压、平均舒张压、平均动脉压明显高于汉族人群脑卒中组。结论：蒙古族人群原发性高血压平均收缩压、平均舒张压、脉压、平均动脉压与脑卒中的发生密切相关。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the relativity between ambulatory blood pressure (ABPM) parameter of primary hypertension in Mongolian nationality and the screening of cerebral apoplexy. Method: All 170 patients from Mongolian nationality were chosen and divided into the group of cerebral apoplexy (74 cases) and the group of non cerebral apoplexy (96 cases), meanwhile 82 patients with stroke in the Han nationality were chosen as the control group, ABPM parameters of the groups were compared and the relativity was analyzed, the monitoring parameters were 24h average systolic blood pressure (24 h SBP), 24h average diastolic blood pressure (24 h DBP), daily systolic blood pressure (dSBP), daily diastolic blood pressure (dDBP), night average systolic blood pressure (nSBP), night average diastolic blood pressure (nDBP), pulse pressure (PP), mean arterial pressure (MAP). Result: Average systolic blood pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, PP of the group of cerebral apoplexy were compared with the group of non cerebral apoplexy, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.05), presenting positive correlation; average arterial pressure was compared with the group of non cerebral apoplexy, the difference had statistical meaning (P＜0.01), expressing significant positive correlation. At the same time, Average systolic blood pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, average arterial pressure in the group of cerebral apoplexy were higher than that of the control group (cerebral apoplexy group in the Han nationality). Conclusion: Average systolic blood pressure, average diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure and average arterial pressure in patients with primary hypertension from Mongolian nationality are closely related to the attack of cerebral apoplexy.
