摘要:
目的：观察康艾注射液联合顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸腹腔积液的疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为治疗组及对照组各40例。治疗组采用康艾注射液静脉滴注联合顺铂热灌注；对照组40例单纯采用顺铂热灌注。观察2组患者治疗前后近期疗效、生活质量改善情况及毒副反应。结果：治疗组在近期疗效、生活质量改善情况及毒副反应分级方面均优于对照组(P＜0.05)。结论：应用康艾注射液联合顺铂热灌注治疗恶性胸腹腔积液有较好疗效。
Abstract:
Objective: To explore the efficacy of KangAi injection and cisplatin perfusion in treating malignant pleural effusions and ascites. Method: All 80 patients were randomized into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group received intravenous dripping of KangAi injection and cisplatin perfusion; the patients of the control group were administered with cisplatin perfusion. Short-term effects, life quality and toxicity of patients were observed. Result: The treatment group was superior to the control group in short-term effects, life quality and toxicity (P＜0.05). Conclusion: It is effective in treating malignant pleural effusions and ascites with KangAi injection and cisplatin perfusion.
