摘要:
目的：观察人性化护理在非手术胸膜固定治疗反复发作性气胸中的应用效果。方法：对73例自发性气胸的患者实施人性化护理，出院前给患者发放问卷调查表，出院后进行回访，分析人性化护理对治疗反复发作自发性气胸的应用效果。结果：患者对人性化护理的总体评价满意率为94.5%，对护理工作的分项评价满意率分别为：工作责任94.5%、工作态度95.9%、心理护理87.7%、护患沟通89.0%、关心病人91.8%、业务水平93.2%、解决问题91.8%、健康教育90.4%。结论：人性化护理能提高非手术胸膜固定治疗反复发作性气胸患者满意率。
Abstract:
Objective: To observe the effects of humanized nursing to nonoperative pleurodesis in treating recurrent attacks of spontaneous pneumothorax. Method: All 73 patients were administered with humanized nursing, handed out with questionnaires before discharged and followed up after discharged. The effects of humanized nursing were analyzed for recurrent attacks of spontaneous pneumothorax. Result: Satisfactory rate of total assessment was 94.5%, satisfactory rates of nursing were respectively: duty accounted for 94.5%, attitude 95.9%, psychological care 87.7%, nurse-patients communication 89.0%, taking care of patients 91.8%, professional skills 93.2%, solving the problems 91.8% and health education 90.4%. Conclusion: Humanized nursing applied to the treatment for recurrent attacks of spontaneous pneumothorax could improve the satisfactory rate of the patients.
